After submitting some pics of my Venture, I came back to look. I noticed, Neil from Minnesota, had an elevator flutter problem. I too, had the same problem on mine, but I never sustained any more than a broken motor mount. I was making a full speed pass on the runway, when it happened. Somehow I got inverted in the torment of the flutter, pulled back on throttle, landing inverted in the grass at an idle, thus breaking my engine mount. I never flew at full throttle for any length of time after that, until I sold the plane. I told the new owner about it ! I talked to Bruce about it, but he had never encountered flutter or heard of anyone else having a problem. Neil, I hope you have some insight for future owner/builders. Did you figure out what caused your flutter? All I could ever figure, was the control rod must have had some flex in it. The next one will be PERFECT !!! Anyone else with FLUTTER ??
