I was at a fun fly this past weekend, when I had problems with my receiver battery. I had intermitent reception, and somehow managed to pull out a controlled dead stick crash landing. My v-60 landed at least 500-600 yards away in a farmers cow pasture. While "landing" my wing hit the top of a fence post and skipped off the barbed wire on the fence line. Besides the torn monokote, the leading edge and two wing formers are smashed back to the main spar. There may be more damage that I'm not aware of yet. Is it advisable to rebuild this section of the wing or should I rebuild the whole wing for safety reasons?
