after a recent mid-air from which I made a spectacular 3 piece landing, I decided to try something I had been considering for some time. After piecing my fuselage back together I removed the wing tips and outer ribs. There by shortening my wing by a total of ten inches. My new 62" span Venture is faster and alittle more aerobatic. No other mods were required and although my craft no longer looks as good as it once did, I think I'll enjoy it's current configuration for the time being. Until I buy another wing kit and build the first (?) venture bipe. Has anyone tried this yet? I think the ten inch difference in wings would be about right, but I'm pretty sure I'd have to up the horsepower.
