"The Venture is covered in transparent red monokote with an OS 61FX for power. I can't say enough good things about this airplane...the only change i made was in going to fiberglass arrow shafts for pushrods...the balsa rods flexed too much on the elevator under full power. the only other change after flying the plane was to replace the plastic spinner with a Tru-Turn. Bruce is right, they just look better with an aluminum spinner."

Kevin, that's a great idea about glass arrow shafts as pushrods.  They're available at most sporting/hunting goods shops.
